Not only are we a certified BOC medical facility, we also accept HSA/FSA accounts and have insurance contracts with Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna PPO, and United Healthcare PPO. Likewise, we bill for prescript items such as AFO’s, compression garments, diabetic shoes and custom orthotics, toe prosthetics.

Sion Owen is the passionate owner of Foot Savi. Along with his wife, Zoe, and their team, Foot Savi brings whole body wellness to Irmo and surrounding areas–starting in the sole! Our team has a deep commitment to helping our neighbors live healthier, more comfortable lives. Additionally, Sion brings a personal touch to every aspect of the business. His vision for Foot Savi goes beyond just offering shoes—it’s about creating a place where wellness begins from the ground up. So, through customized footwear solutions and restorative spa services, Sion is dedicated to ensuring each customer feels supported, balanced, and cared for.

UNWORN SHOES WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND RECEIPT MAY BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS FOR EXCHANGE ONLY. A $40 FITTING FEE APPLIES FOR PARTIAL REFUND-ALL POINTS FORFEITED. A CHECK REFUND WILL BE MAILED. MANUFACTURER DEFECTS AND RETURNS ARE HONORED WITHIN 3 MONTHS OF PURCHASE FOR NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR FOR EXCHANGE ONLY.
ALL INSURANCE BILLED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. COMPRESSION WEAR IS NON-RETURNABLE UNLESS DEFECTIVE AND WILL BE EXCHANGED.
LAYAWAY ACCOUNTS ARE 90 DAY SAME AS CASH. 20% DEPOSIT REQUIRED. IF LAYWAY NOT PAID OUT WITHIN 90 DAYS, CUSTOMER FORFEITS DEPOSIT AND ITEMS ARE RETURNED TO COMPANY STOCK.
